Shipping and Turn Around Time

Shipping rates have increased during the holiday season. Shipping charges are based on weight and location. Shipping charges are non refundable.

While we try our absolute hardest to never go past TAT, it is possible that some orders go a couple days over. This is due to shipping delays from COVID as well as some weeks are just much busier than others and it’s hard to predict how busy each will be. Also, when you shop with ABLC you are shopping with a one-person, mom owned business. Every order is appreciated so much, but being as I am one person and life in unpredictable with kids, things sometimes come up. I will always communicate if an order is expected to go over TAT. 

 

 

TAT is always subject to change as holiday season picks up and delays are more expected. Weekends and holidays are not included in TAT.

We do not control USPS and are not responsible for what happens to the item once it has left us and tracking has been provided. If you have issues tracking an item, have a lost item or a damaged item please contact your local post office. Due to Covid some things are taking longer to show movement and arrive to their destination. 

All items are double packaged to help ensure they arrive to in a safe condition.
