Shop Policies

Due to the custom nature of many of our product as well as COVID restrictions we do not accept return or exchanges. The only exception is if you are sent the incorrect item or a flawed item in which case you have 48 hours after receiving to contact us for a replacement 

Turn Around Time varies per produc. Please pay attention to dates in product descriptions. Most items take 2-5 weeks. Weekends and holidays do not count in turn around time. Turn around time starts on Monday of each week when we close pre orders for the week.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-4pm CST. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get to back all emails.
